Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of FX (Forex) /Bullion salespeople and IB teams.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team and IB teams to achieve performance targets and enhance client engagement.
  • Adaption to KPI Management, analyzing performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct market research and attend trade shows to identify client needs, emerging trends, and competitor activities.
  • Design and participate in seminars and webinars.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the financial industry with at least 3 years of experience in FX or Bullion as well as team management experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of FX products, market dynamics, and client needs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
