The role emphasizes effective credit risk management, timely collections, cash flow optimization, and policy compliance. Responsibilities include developing regional credit policies, approving credit, monitoring exposure, leading the regional team, coordinating with Sales and Finance, and driving system

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration.
• ACCA, CPA, or CIMA qualification.
• 7-10 years of experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience.
• Multi-country Middle East exposure.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional credit control policies.
• Approving customer credit applications.
• Monitor credit exposure.
• Managing collection activities and aged debt reports.
• Leading and developing the regional credit control team.
• Partnering with Sales and Finance teams.
• Preparing collection performance and DSO reports.
• Driving automation and system enhancements within the credit management process.
