Job Purpose:
To drive the growth and profitability of Godiva’s corporate sales division across the region (UAE & KSA) by leading strategic client acquisition, developing market-specific solutions, and nurturing long-term corporate relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Development
- Design and execute regional sales strategies to expand the corporate client portfolio and meet business objectives.
- Identify potential markets and segments, set sales targets, and oversee performance against these goals.
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Source and pursue new corporate opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
- Initiate client meetings to understand needs and position Godiva’s solutions effectively.
Commercial Analysis & Forecasting
- Generate accurate sales, revenue, and expense reports.
- Deliver timely forecasts and business insights to support decision-making and strategy refinement.
Market Segmentation & Product Alignment
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor products for specific corporate segments based on client profiles and market trends.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Product teams to align offerings with seasonal campaigns and promotions.
- Ensure alignment of sales initiatives with broader brand strategy.
Customer & Market Intelligence
- Conduct market research and collect client feedback to anticipate evolving needs.
- Translate insights into actionable sales and product development strategies.
Opportunity & Risk Management
- Monitor regional market conditions, competitive landscape, and customer dynamics to mitigate risks and capitalize on growth opportunities.
P&L Oversight Support
- Track financial performance of corporate sales initiatives.
- Recommend corrective actions to enhance profitability and control costs.
Collections & Financial Coordination
- Work with the finance team to follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely collections.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
Sales Presentations & Proposals
- Prepare persuasive and tailored sales presentations to key decision-makers.
- Communicate the value proposition of Godiva’s offerings clearly and confidently.
Sales Pipeline Management
- Maintain a structured pipeline of prospects and monitor progress against sales targets using CRM tools.
Client Feedback Loop
- Collect, analyze, and action feedback to enhance service quality and product relevance.
Industry Events & Networking
- Represent Godiva at key trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand and generate leads.
