Role Duties

  • Implement a robust operating model for all business lines across the MEIAM region with focus on excellent client service.
  • Review and develop location strategy across the MEIAM region ensuring operational excellence, client happiness and P&L impact
  • Review business cases for new Apex MEIAM offices and oversee office openings where applicable
  • Strive for consistency and standardization cross the MEAIM region where possible leading to synergies and minimal risk.
  • Work alongside Sales challenging process, monitoring and tracking campaigns etc.

Required experience

  • 10-15 years in senior management, ideally as a COO or equivalent, leading diverse teams.
  • Proven experience in managing operations, supply chain, and logistics on a regional scale.
  • Previous work experience in the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and India, with a deep understanding of each market's dynamics.
  • Expertise in the specific industry relevant to Apex Group, with a strong grasp of best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies effectively.
    Experience in developing and implementing long-term strategies aligned with regional goals.
  • Proven track record of leading organizational change and driving operational efficiency.
  • Familiarity with legal and compliance requirements across the targeted regions.
  • Excellent ability to articulate ideas and strategies clearly to various stakeholders.
  • Strong connections within the industry and regions to enhance business development opportunities
