Job summary

Jotun MEIA FZ-LLC in Dubai seeks a Regional Communications Executive to lead regional digital comms, focusing on social media, content creation, influencer partnerships and agency coordination.

You will collaborate with 15+ markets across MEIA to boost brand visibility and deliver campaigns across digital and traditional channels, reporting to the Regional Communications Manager. Based in Dubai, the role requires strategic storytelling and strong project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or Journalism.
• 5+ years in communications, digital marketing, social media, or related role.
• Proven experience managing social media channels and digital content strategies.
• Experience with external agencies, influencers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience across multiple countries or regional markets is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated Regional Communications Executive to join our MEIA Communications team. The role will lead the execution of regional digital communications initiatives, with a strong focus on social media management, content creation, influencer engagement and agency coordination.

The successful candidate will work closely with regional and local marketing, brand, product, retail and communications teams across 15+ markets to strengthen brand visibility, drive engagement and deliver impactful communications campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

This position is based in Dubai, UAE and reports to the Regional Communications Manager - MEIA.

Responsibilities:

Social Media & Digital Communications:

• Lead and elevate the company's regional social media presence across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, including content calendars, publishing and content development aligned with business priorities and campaigns
• Monitor performance and insights, recommend optimizations, and cascade relevant content and best practices to local market teams.

Content Creation & Campaign Management

• Plan and manage content shoots and develop high-quality communication materials including social media content, videos, articles, web content, presentations and campaign assets.
• Develop and deliver integrated communication plans for regional campaigns, supporting media relations, corporate communications and brand storytelling when required.

Influencer Marketing

• Own and manage regional influencer relationships and partnerships, including the development and maintenance of influencer toolkits, guidelines and best practices.
• Coordinate influencer campaigns end-to-end, from planning and execution through to performance reporting.

Agency & Stakeholder Management

• Manage external agencies and creative partners, coordinating communication deliverables across advertising, PR, digital, social media, events and video projects.
• Review agency outputs, provide clear direction and feedback, and ensure deliverables meet agreed objectives, brand standards and timelines.

Events & Brand Activities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing events, sponsorships and branding initiatives regionally across markets.
• Ensure all internal and external communication activities reflect the company’s values, strategy and brand identity.

What we look for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in communications, digital marketing, social media, or a related role.
• Proven experience managing social media channels and developing digital content strategies.
• Experience working with external agencies, influencers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience working across multiple countries or regional markets is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
