Regional Client Manager – CARGO

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marine MMS team at Marsh. This role will be based in Dubai, DIFC, U.A.E. It is a hybrid position requiring at least three days per week in the office.

As a Regional Client Manager for Cargo, you will play a crucial role in servicing existing strategic and large accounts while contributing to the growth and retention of our Cargo business across the MENA Region. You will collaborate with the Marsh network and global practice hubs to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Regional Cargo Practice Leader in developing the regional Marine Cargo business by collaborating with Marsh country offices in the region.
• Enhance engagement with Tier 1 sales colleagues in the MENA Region and support targeted prospecting.
• Respond independently to client queries and concerns, resolving issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with insurers/reinsurers, clients, and colleagues to provide complex solutions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Insurance qualification (ACII) or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in Cargo Broking within the GCC.
• Solid experience in marine insurance.

Preferred Attributes:

• Extensive experience in the placement of Marine Hull and P&I business.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client management.
