Responsibilities

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) Turkey, ME, and Africa. Your role will involve developing the regional business, increasing sales and market share through distribution channels, and managing sales strategies, distribution partners, contracts, and pricing. You will also establish networks of KOLs, training centers, and support education and promotion of our clinical portfolio. The role includes managing a clinical specialist supporting field activities.

You will drive adoption and development of our surgical and obstetric solutions, evaluate new market opportunities, and act as a liaison between product management and sales channels.

This role involves 60-70% fieldwork, and the ideal candidate is based in Dubai or Turkey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies via Channel Partners.
  • Lead, develop, and manage goals, KPIs, training, and activities with distributors.
  • Manage and renew contracts and pricing.
  • Build and maintain a network of KOLs, training centers, and centers of excellence for clinical portfolio promotion.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards on quality, health, and safety.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop customer content solutions addressing key challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Educational background in business administration or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing Channel Partners.
  • Structured, goal-oriented, and tactical approach.
