Job summary

Chalhoub Group is seeking a results-driven Business Development professional to expand our hospitality and design partnerships across the GCC. You will manage key accounts, explore new opportunities, and lead proposals through to contract and delivery.

The role requires strong relationship-building, a proactive approach, and the ability to work with an international Paris-based team while operating within the GCC region.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management or business development in GCC markets.
• Strong networking and relationship-building across hospitality, hotels, F&B, and design sectors.
• Ability to manage complex, project-led sales cycles and negotiate commercial terms.

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

• Build and develop relationships with leading hotel groups, owners, developers, restaurant groups, procurement companies, architects, interior designers and decorators
• Identify new projects and commercial opportunities across the GCC
• Manage the full client journey from prospecting and initial discussions through presentations, tenders, negotiations, contracting and delivery
• Develop existing key accounts while actively opening new relationships and partnerships
• Build a strong pipeline of hospitality and design projects and maintain accurate forecasts
• Identify opportunities across Christofle’s wider universe, including dining, decoration, gifting, residences, personalization and bespoke projects
• Represent the Maison at industry events, trade shows, client meetings and networking opportunities across the region

What you’ll need to succeed

• Strong Account Management and/or Business Development experience within the GCC
• An established network within Hospitality, Hotels, F&B, Interior Design, Architecture, OS&E or a related B2B environment
• Experience developing senior client relationships and managing complex, project-led sales cycles
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing pipelines, negotiations and commercial terms
• A proactive, entrepreneurial approach with excellent follow-through
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to operate independently within the GCC while working closely with an international team based in Paris
