Job Description

As a Regional Account Director, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts across the region. You will serve as the strategic lead for client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, driving revenue growth, and aligning client objectives with our business offerings. You will play a vital role in shaping long-term partnerships and supporting the overall success of our portfolio.

Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular performance and business reviews with clients, identifying growth opportunities, providing insights, and recommending tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to key clients to exceed revenue targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive long-term partnerships.
  • Maximize account potential by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within our portfolios, increasing overall account value.
  • Proactively resolve client concerns or service issues, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay current on industry trends, regional market dynamics, and competitor activities to better serve clients and inform internal strategies.
  • Analyse account metrics and performance indicators, preparing reports and recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Partner with the wider sales and business development teams to uncover and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Advocate on behalf of clients internally, ensuring their needs and expectations are clearly communicated and prioritized across departments.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of our products and services, keeping clients informed about new features, enhancements, and innovations.
  • Contribute client insights to the development of marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives, helping to shape offerings that resonate with the market.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance visibility and strengthen client relationships.
  • Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards in all operations, promoting responsible and sustainable practices across the region.
