Job Title: Studio Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (Management) or related field (preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in fitness studio management, especially in Dubai.
• Reformer Pilates instructor certification (a plus).
• Strong business skills in budgeting, marketing, and financial management.
• Living in Arjan with a car and valid driver’s license.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle commissioning of the studio and act as project manager during fit-out, ensuring timelines are met.
2. Manage finance and paperwork.
3. Oversee daily studio operations to create a welcoming environment that enhances client experience.
4. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain clients, focusing on community engagement and brand promotion.
5. Manage class schedules, instructor assignments, and studio resources to meet client demand.
6. Conduct performance evaluations for instructors and support their professional development.
7. Assist with hiring instructors.
