Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior professional to support planning, coordination and analysis of Refining Business Division performance measures and reporting. You will align performance metrics with ADNOC’s vision and drive a performance-driven culture across the division and reporting companies.

The role requires 8+ years of relevant experience, including a background in oil/downstream, with strong data analytics and decision-making capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Business Management or Engineering or equivalent with performance management training.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, including 4 years in Oil & Downstream or Marketing.
• Experience with analytical data-driven thinking and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and coordinate activities to meet objectives.
• Prepare and monitor budgets; explain significant variances.
• Implement policies, processes and procedures aligned with standards.
• Contribute to achieving performance objectives within the company framework.
• Design tools to improve efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
