Red Hat Product Manager

Location : Dubai, UAE

Department : Enterprise Solutions

Reports to : General Manager

Role Overview

As a Red Hat Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of Red Hat’s open-source solutions. You’ll lead product strategy, manage lifecycle planning, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative enterprise-grade solutions to clients across sectors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute product strategies for Red Hat offerings such as RHEL, OpenShift, Ansible, Satellite.
2. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive trends.
3. Collaborate with sales, engineering, and marketing teams to define product positioning and go-to-market plans.
4. Manage product lifecycle from ideation to retirement, ensuring alignment with business goals.
5. Engage with Red Hat and other technology partners to ensure seamless integration and support.
6. Provide technical and commercial input for proposals and client engagements.
7. Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably with Red Hat or open-source technologies.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with SAFe or Scrum methodologies.
• Red Hat certifications such as RHCE are highly desirable.
