What will you do?

Technical Expertise
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's products or services and stay up to date with industry trends and technologies.
Customer Engagement
  • Engage with potential clients to assess their technical requirements and business challenges.
Solution Presentations
  • Create and deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that showcase the value of the company's offerings.
Customization
  • Collaborate with the product development team to tailor solutions to meet specific customer needs, ensuring alignment with technical capabilities.
Technical Support
  • Provide pre-sales technical support, answer customer inquiries, and address concerns about product functionality and compatibility.
Product Knowledge Transfer
  • Train sales teams on the technical aspects of products or services, enabling them to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
Proof of Concept (PoC)
  • Collaborate with customers to design and execute PoCs to validate the effectiveness of proposed solutions.
Technical Documentation
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including proposals, case studies, and technical specifications.
Competitive Analysis
  • Stay informed about competitors' offerings and market trends to effectively position the company's products or services.
Customer Advisory
  • Act as an advisor for customers, addressing operational and efficiency challenges.
Sales and Business Development
  • Drive indirect sales of value-added services to existing and new customers across the Gulf region.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans for growth, focusing on project targeting and client development.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the assigned geographical area.
  • Coordinate project tenders and quotations to meet customer satisfaction and deadlines.
  • Represent the company at industry events and forums.
  • Maintain CRM records for all sales and account activities.
Customer Solutions and Support
  • Advise customers on service solutions following standard processes, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
  • Strong technical knowledge of MV, LV, VFDs, PLCs, HMI, SCADA, Cyber Security, and Field Testing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to build relationships.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and collaboration with sales teams.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Knowledge of industrial communication protocols, Schneider Electric products, networking design, and relevant certifications is a plus.
  • Over 10 years of technical sales experience in relevant sectors within the Gulf region.

The role is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
