Our client is a fast-growing player in the Retail & E-commerce space, known for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving digital-first innovation. As they continue to expand across the UAE, they are looking to strengthen their People function by hiring a dynamic and driven Recruitment Specialist.

Role Overview

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent across various functions. From understanding business needs to sourcing, screening, and onboarding, you will be at the forefront of building high-performing teams that drive the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-level positions across retail, operations, digital, and corporate functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and hiring strategies.
  • Source talent using a variety of channels: job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, employee referrals, and direct headhunting.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate assessment and interview stages.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ATS updates, ensuring alignment with internal policies and labor laws.
  • Participate in employer branding, job fair initiatives, and talent pipeline building.

Key Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition, ideally within the UAE market.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and local talent market trends.
  • Experience with ATS tools and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
