As part of our growth, were looking for a proactive and passionate Recruitment Specialist to join our internal team.

Role Overview

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple markets and industries. You'll work closely with account managers and hiring teams to source, headhunt, screen, and present qualified candidates who are aligned with each clients culture and requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: from understanding client briefs to sourcing and closing candidates
  • Use various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, etc.) to actively source and headhunt top talent
  • Screen candidates through calls, video interviews, and assessments

  • Build and present structured shortlists with clear notes and recommendations
  • Maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring and urgent roles

  • Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback loops between candidates and clients
  • Track activity and progress using our internal systems/ATS

  • Stay updated on market trends and talent movements across the UAE, GCC, and Singapore
  • Represent our brand professionally and ethically in all interactions

What Were Looking For
  • 3 -5 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)

  • Proven success in sourcing and headhunting across multiple industries

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, ATS, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple roles across geographies in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with the talent landscape in UAE, GCC, or Singapore is a plus

  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and results-focused
