2. Source candidates through agencies, labor suppliers, and local/international channels.
3. Conduct initial screening and coordinate trade tests and interviews.
4. Maintain candidate databases and manpower tracking sheets.
5. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company hiring policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in blue-collar recruitment for the construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of manpower sourcing, visa processing, and onboarding.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage high-volume hiring.
