Beond is looking for a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to join our team on a 3-month contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and hire the best talent to support our premium leisure airline's operations. You will work closely with hiring managers and departments to understand their staffing needs and to deliver a streamlined and efficient recruiting experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to candidate onboarding
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Maintain an organized recruitment database and track metrics to improve processes
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
- Support initiatives related to employer branding and talent acquisition strategies
- Prepare and provide recruitment reports to management, highlighting progress and challenges
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the aviation, with experience of Cabin Crew or Pilot recruitment strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple recruitment projects concurrently
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office applications
- Results-oriented approach with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
