Job description

Position Overview:

Richmond Properties is seeking a proactive and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to

support our growing recruitment needs across various departments. In this role, you will be

responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to

coordinating interviews and supporting the onboarding process.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with early career experience in recruitment who

is looking to grow in a fast-paced, high-performance environment within the real estate

sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post job ads and manage listings across various job boards and platforms
  • Source and screen candidates based on role requirements and cultural fit
  • Conduct initial phone/video interviews and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout all touchpoints
  • Coordinate offer letters, documentation, and pre-onboarding steps
  • Support the recruitment team with hiring reports and market research
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal hiring policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate.
  • Experience hiring for roles in Sales, Marketing, or administrative departments are preferred
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms & LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Understanding of UAE job market and basic labor regulations is a plus
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
