Job Description

Role Requirements:
-Currently based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews.
-Previous experience in Human Resources, within the hospitality industry.
-Strong communication skills in English
-Confident, pro-active, and highly organized with great attention to detail.
-Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
-A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with department heads regarding staffing needs.
Maintain recruitment trackers and reports accurately.
Assist in onboarding new team members and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Handle candidate communications and maintain a professional candidate experience.
Support general HR administration tasks as required.
