Job Summary

Our Client is a leading company in the F&B Industry in the UAE and is looking for a Recruitment Specialist.

Job Description:

1. Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
2. Create and publish job ads in various portals
3. Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
4. Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
5. Screen resumes and job applications
6. Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
7. Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
8. Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
9. Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
10. Host and participate in job fairs
11. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
12. Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
