  1. Manpower Planning and Recruitment/Selection/Blue Collar Recruitment:
    1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire fabricators and welders from India and UAE.
    2. Conduct thorough screening and selection processes to identify qualified candidates.
    3. Utilize various channels, including job portals, recruitment agencies, and social media platforms, to source potential candidates.
    4. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to arrange interviews, trade tests, and medical examinations for selected candidates.
    5. Facilitate the necessary paperwork and documentation processes, including visa applications and travel arrangements.
    6. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  2. Cost-Effective Hiring:
    1. Identify cost-effective measures to optimize the recruitment and hiring process.
    2. Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to negotiate competitive rates with recruitment agencies, travel agencies, and other service providers.
    3. Explore alternative recruitment channels and strategies to minimize expenses while maintaining the quality of hires.
    4. Continuously evaluate and improve cost-saving initiatives related to the recruitment process.
  3. White Collar Recruitment:
    1. Stay updated on the UAE job market trends and industry requirements for white collar positions.
    2. Utilize job portals, professional networks, and recruitment consultancies to attract and hire qualified professionals for white collar roles.
    3. Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications.
    4. Coordinate with hiring managers and HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
    5. Maintain a strong network of recruitment agencies, job portals, and professional organizations to enhance the talent pool and streamline hiring processes.
  4. Relationship Management:
    1. Build and maintain relationships with recruitment consultancies, job portals, and other relevant entities in the UAE.
    2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
    3. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
    4. Foster positive relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, preferably with expertise in blue collar recruitment from India & UAE and white collar recruitment in the UAE.
  3. In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations related to recruitment.
  4. Familiarity with job portals, recruitment consultancies, and other relevant platforms in the UAE.
  5. Strong networking and relationship management skills.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  8. Proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented mindset.
