Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities:

2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide expert advice on job descriptions and candidate selection.
3. Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
4. Screen and evaluate applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' fit for specific roles and the company culture.
5. Maintain candidate databases and manage the overall recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
6. Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the brand and attract potential candidates.
7. Monitor recruitment metrics and suggest improvements to enhance the efficiency of the hiring process.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience as a Recruitment Specialist.
2. Strong understanding of recruitment practices and candidate evaluation methods.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
