Recruitment Specialist

Njord Consultancy is a Dubai-based recruitment and HR firm working with international clients across the Middle East. We specialize in white-collar recruitment and pride ourselves on close client collaboration and a high level of service.

We are now hiring a Recruiter to join our team on a commission basis. You’ll work closely with both clients and candidates and be part of a dynamic, results-driven environment.

Your Role – Key Tasks:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination
• Handle a high volume of open roles and close a minimum of 6 positions per month
• Collaborate with clients and hiring managers to understand and refine role requirements
• Conduct structured assessments and ensure a professional candidate experience
• Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain responsiveness and quality throughout the process
• Support with onboarding follow-up and communication where needed

Your Profile – What We’re Looking For:

• Based in Dubai with experience working in the local job market
• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, either in-house or at an agency
• Track record of working with international clients or hiring managers
• Confident communicator in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Highly service-minded – you always put the client and candidate first
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven setting
• Background in HR and a degree in a related field is preferred
