Job summary

An international recruitment firm in Ajman is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding. The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the real estate or construction industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required. Fluency in English is a must, and Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
  • Draft and post job advertisements across various platforms (job boards, social media, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Source candidates through headhunting, networking, and talent databases.
  • Screen CVs, conduct phone interviews, and shortlist candidates for hiring managers.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring smooth communication with candidates.
  • Support in designing and conducting assessments when required.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from requisition to offer and onboarding.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company recruitment policies.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and provide insights on hiring progress.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in recruitment (real estate or construction industry preferred).
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, etc.).
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Based in Ajman or willing to relocate.
