Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Draft and post job advertisements across various platforms (job boards, social media, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Source candidates through headhunting, networking, and talent databases.
- Screen CVs, conduct phone interviews, and shortlist candidates for hiring managers.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring smooth communication with candidates.
- Support in designing and conducting assessments when required.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from requisition to offer and onboarding.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company recruitment policies.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide insights on hiring progress.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2–4 years of proven experience in recruitment (real estate or construction industry preferred).
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, etc.).
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Based in Ajman or willing to relocate.
