Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Research & Admin professional to support one of our semi-government clients in Riyadh under a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) engagement. This is a remote/hybrid role, ideally suited for someone with hands-on experience in recruitment research, sourcing, coordination, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth candidate sourcing and market mapping for open roles using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
  • Support in screening CVs and preparing candidate shortlists in line with role requirements.
  • Maintain and update trackers for candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, and hiring stages.
  • Coordinate interview arrangements between candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
  • Draft candidate profiles, summaries, and cover sheets for client submissions.
  • Provide administrative support related to RPO activities (documentation, reports, MIS, compliance).
  • Assist in onboarding coordination and candidate follow-ups post-offer.
  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality across all recruitment documents and systems.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in recruitment support, research, or admin roles (ideally in RPO or executive search environments).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English; Arabic is preferred.
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and resourceful with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian recruitment market is an advantage.

Working Arrangement

  • Primarily remote, with periodic hybrid working or on-site client meetings in Riyadh as needed.
  • Flexible working hours aligned with client requirements.
