Job Description:

In this role, you will:

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle to attract, engage, and secure top medical professional talent
  • Engage with our Group Medical hiring managers and HR Business Partners to comprehensively understand the departments hiring needs and goals
  • Promote the Emirates Group as the employer of choice
  • Innovate strategies to attract and pipeline untapped talent
  • Provide data insights such as market analysis, offers declined and salary comparisons to highlight challenges and recommend solutions to attract candidates
  • Utilise digital recruitment tools including Oracle Taleo, Avature, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireVue
  • Design, with support from the Business Psychologist team, appropriate recruitment and selection methodologies, i.e. case study, assessment centre, digital assessment
  • Develop and drive tactical and innovative methods to attract passive candidates, utilising your strong network
  • Manage the offer process from closing candidates to extending offers
  • Stay up to date with the latest recruitment trends to recommend improvements on best practices and candidate attraction
  • Deliver a world-class people experience that our candidates and stakeholders value

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years experience as a Medical Recruiter within an executive search firm or in-house recruitment team
  • Extensive experience recruiting medical professionals of all levels into the UAE, with a strong network to source top talent and a solid understanding of DHA requirements.
  • This role requires travel for recruitment events and campaigns to attract the best medical professionals.
  • Experience with selection processes and able to conduct interviews using a behavioural competency framework
  • Intellectual curiosity, a strong growth mind-set and the desire to constantly improve
  • Able to form effective relationships at all levels of the business, including executives and senior leaders
  • Well-versed with digital recruitment tools including ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean
  • A positive attitude with the ability to work at pace, in a pressurised environment
  • Open and flexible in your approach; able to adapt quickly to changing business needs
  • Resilient and tenacious in your capacity to persevere through challenges
  • A critical thinker who constantly questions the status quo
