Job description

Euro Mechanical is looking for a Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator.

This role will be coordinating the recruitment and onboarding processes for various projects within the organisation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Recruitment Needs: Collaborate with project managers and department heads to understand manpower requirements and conduct job analysis for project-based roles.
  • Talent Sourcing & Screening: Source candidates via multiple channels and manage initial screening, interviews, and selection coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Onboarding Execution: Facilitate new hire orientations and ensure smooth integration by handling documentation, system setup, and addressing employee queries.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to labour laws and internal policies, maintaining accurate records and reports in the HRMS system.
  • Operational Support: Manage pre-employment processes, including medical reimbursements and bank detail collection to ensure timely salary processing.
  • Process Improvement: Support continuous improvement initiatives within recruitment and onboarding functions, focusing on efficiency and compliance.
  • General HR Coordination: Perform additional HR-related tasks as assigned and contribute to the effective execution of day-to-day HR operations.

Requirements:
