  • Create and maintain job postings on internal and external sites, ensuring compliance with Wood’s global branding and social media standards
  • Sift advertising responses, respond to candidates, and progress suitable applicants
  • Shortlist resumes based on skills and experience, pre-screen candidates, and present to Recruiters for further action
