We’re looking for someone with solid experience in healthcare recruitment within the UAE — someone who can handle full-cycle hiring for clinical and non-clinical roles, work closely with department heads and manage overall from sourcing to onboarding.

What you’ll do:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment
• Coordinate with department heads on manpower needs
• Post jobs, screen CVs, and arrange interviews
• Ensure compliance with DOH licensing and onboarding requirements
• Maintain ATS and recruitment trackers

What we’re looking for:
