Recruitment Manager - Retail

The Company
My client is a growing retail business looking to recruit for Recruitment Manager to work in a fast-paced environment.

The Role
The main duties of the role will include:

1. Recruitment Pipeline/Manpower Planning:
   Responsible for the development of the manpower plan and the matching of recruitment against the plan for effective and smooth running of the operation and support functions.
2. Operational Recruitment:
   Planning and executing the recruitment strategy to meet the staffing requirements of the organization;
   Liaising with recruitment firms;
   Facilitating the entire recruitment cycle and participating in the selection process for Supervisory and above positions.
3. Strategic Recruitment:
   Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source;
   Build relationships with local and international universities to attract students for company internships and graduate placements;
   Continuously innovate by exploring market best practices in recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization;
   Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process.

The ideal candidate must have the following to be considered for this role:

1. Recruitment experience in the UAE in a fast-paced/high-volume environment, ideally within retail - essential
2. Managed a team - essential
3. Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines - essential
4. Able to manage all admin associated with the recruitment process - essential
5. Excellent communication skills - essential
