Recruitment Manager – Middle East & North Africa

Location: Dubai (hybrid)

Contract Type: Permanent

Help Shape the Future of Global Education

Are you passionate about international education and eager to play a pivotal role in transforming lives through learning? Do you thrive in dynamic environments where strategic thinking meets hands-on relationship building?

This is your opportunity to be the face of a globally respected UK university within a high-growth region. INTO University Partnerships and the University of Exeter have come together to launch a rare and exciting new role. This is a high-impact opportunity where you’ll lead recruitment and engagement within the Middle East, North Africa & Turkiye.

The role offers you the chance to help shape the local brand presence, identify and respond to market opportunities, build strong agent relationships, and elevate Exeter’s profile across the MENA region. It is visible, valued, and full of potential, with the opportunity to travel to the UK and spend time with colleagues at the university, building a real understanding of the Exeter story and its distinctive student offering.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will act as a regional ambassador for the University of Exeter and its International Study Centre, building visibility, trust, and engagement across key MENA markets.

You’ll work closely with both INTO and university stakeholders to deliver joint recruitment strategies and conversion activity, and play a key role in deepening agent and partner networks, driving training and engagement across the region.

You’ll bring Exeter’s student experience to life, leading events, generating student content, and supporting the development of powerful marketing materials tailored to your region.

Alongside your relationship-building responsibilities, you will manage local budgets, provide detailed market insights and reporting, and help shape strategy based on your in-market intelligence. Your work will ensure that all efforts align with shared messaging, student-first thinking, and a consistent commitment to equity and excellence.

About You

You’ll be a natural relationship builder with the confidence to represent a prestigious university and the credibility to work across a diverse range of partners, from agents and schools to university admissions and marketing teams.

You'll be confident working independently on the ground while collaborating closely with colleagues in the UK and across INTO’s global network. You’ll be someone who brings ideas to the table, delivers on them with passion and professionalism, and genuinely cares about the student journey and its long-term impact.

If you’re excited by the idea of being at the heart of something that’s growing, changing, and full of potential, this role offers a rare chance to lead from the front and make your mark.

Requirements

We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and encourage candidates of all backgrounds and experiences who believe they are suitable for the role to apply. All applications will be reviewed and will receive a response.
