The Recruiting Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic recruitment initiatives to attract and retain top-tier talent across the Client’s global corporate and manufacturing operations. Reporting to the COO, this role oversees the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse range of positions, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

KEY OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE:

  1. Build a Robust Global Talent Pipeline - Establish and maintain pipelines for high-demand roles (e.g., engineering, production management, maintenance technicians, supply chain, etc.). - Develop proactive sourcing strategies in key regions to meet current and future hiring demands. - Provide oversight to local factory recruitment activities, ensuring consistency and quality in all hiring practices.
  2. Develop a World-Class Recruitment Process - Implement standardized recruiting processes and tools that minimize time-to-fill and ensure strong candidate fit. - Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across all factory locations. - Define interview processes for each position, including reference checks and other measures that maintain safety and security. - Create performance-based job profiles that support the company’s strategic objectives, both for current vacancies and future needs. - Collaborate with HR Metrics Specialists to leverage data-driven insights that continuously improve recruitment outcomes.
  3. Lead Recruitment Project Management - Manage critical recruitment projects for hard-to-fill and niche positions. - Coordinate cross-functional teams to track project milestones and ensure timely, cost-effective hiring.
  4. Manage and Elevate Employer Brand - Drive initiatives to improve employer attractiveness, ensuring all recruiting efforts reflect a unified brand image.

Minimum Requirements:

- Min. 7 years of relevant recruitment experience, preferably also in stand-alone capacity at times.
- Manufacturing industry experience is a must.
- International recruitment experience (preferably Europe and the US), at least one of the geographies would be a must.
