The Recruiting Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic recruitment initiatives to attract and retain top-tier talent across the Client’s global corporate and manufacturing operations. Reporting to the COO, this role oversees the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse range of positions, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
Minimum Requirements:
- Min. 7 years of relevant recruitment experience, preferably also in stand-alone capacity at times.
- Manufacturing industry experience is a must.
- International recruitment experience (preferably Europe and the US), at least one of the geographies would be a must.
