We are a growing real estate brokerage firm focused on delivering exceptional service and results to our clients. With a dynamic team and a strong local presence, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Recruitment to build and scale our talent pipeline as we expand.

Job Summary:

The Head of Recruitment will be responsible for leading all aspects of the hiring process, including developing recruitment strategies, sourcing top talent, and managing the candidate experience. This role requires both strategic oversight and operational execution to attract high-performing real estate professionals and support staff who align with our company culture and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop & Implement Talent Acquisition Strategies

  • Build and execute a recruitment plan aligned with business growth goals.
  • Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs across departments.

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer.
  • Source and attract candidates using a variety of channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring team interviews.

Employer Branding & Outreach

  • Enhance the firm’s employer brand through online presence, events, and marketing materials.
  • Represent the firm at networking events, job fairs, and industry meetups.

Candidate Experience

  • Ensure a seamless and professional experience for all candidates.
  • Manage communication, feedback, and timely follow-ups.

Recruitment Metrics & Reporting

  • Track recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and retention rates.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to leadership.

Compliance & Best Practices

  • Ensure hiring practices comply with employment laws and best practices.
  • Keep current with trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (6+ years) in recruitment or talent acquisition, experience in real estate brokerage firm is a MUST.
  • Strong understanding of real estate roles (e.g., agents, brokers, marketing, admin).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
