Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment and HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The role will support end-to-end recruitment activities and generalist HR functions including onboarding, employee records management, and HR reporting. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Support in offer preparation, negotiation, and onboarding coordination.

HR Operations:

  • Prepare and maintain employee records (soft copies) in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Support new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Assist in managing probation reviews and employment confirmation letters.
  • Update HR databases, reports, and trackers on a regular basis (e.g. joiners/leavers, leave balances, contracts).
  • Support in the coordination of employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and surveys.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure accurate filing of HR documents (contracts, warning letters, promotion memos, etc.).
  • Assist with visa and labor-related documentation in coordination with PRO/admin teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws and recruitment best practices is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); exp. with HRIS or ATS platforms is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
