We’re now expanding our remote recruitment team and are looking for a passionate Russian-speaking Talent Acquisition Executive to help us attract top-tier sales talent.

Your responsibilities:

  • Attract top tier talent through prospecting and calls
  • Manage end to end and create a pipeline of candidates through the internal CRM
  • Review applications, conduct pre-screening interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Candidates and hiring managers.
  • Meet and surpass recruitment metrics and needs.
  • Understand and promote fäm master agency's value proposition.

Who we are looking for:

  • 2 years+ of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Familiar with CRM processes
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Russian mother tongue and minimum B1 English
  • Understanding of recruitment processes and trends.
