Overview

Dynamic recruitment roles focusing on blue-collar and varied sectors in the UAE, including end-to-end recruitment, candidate experience, client relationships, and compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities
  • Source candidates proactively and manage the recruitment lifecycle while ensuring compliance and promoting diversity.
  • Coordinate full cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and offer management; maintain applicant tracking systems.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies, build pipelines, and manage relationships with clients, candidates, and institutions.
  • Design job descriptions, conduct interviews, manage HR metrics, and ensure alignment with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Lead recruitment efforts for Arabic-speaking professionals and other multilingual roles, utilizing sourcing strategies and conducting interviews.
  • Support line managers and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of processes and adherence to agreements.
  • Enhance candidate experience, ensure quality hires, and promote employer branding within the FMCG, oil & gas, and other sectors as applicable.
  • Utilize social media and job boards for talent acquisition and maintain strong interpersonal skills and recruitment experience.
  • Manage relationships with universities, institutions, and potential students where applicable, and process applications in student recruitment streams when required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and strong HR knowledge; experience with applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and networking skills; ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Experience in blue-collar recruitment, manpower supply, or oil & gas sectors is a plus.
  • Multilingual capabilities (e.g., Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai) are advantageous for international recruitment roles.
  • Proven ability to manage recruitment processes end-to-end and to ensure compliance with labor laws.
Experience & Location
  • United Arab Emirates (UAE) – multiple locations including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah; roles may require experience in manpower supply companies or FMCG/oil & gas sectors.
  • Examples of roles include Senior Recruiter, Technical Recruiter / Rider Recruiter / Blue Collar Recruiter, Multilingual Recruitment Specialist, and Freelance HR Recruiters.
