Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and resourceful FemaleArabic-speaking Recruiter to join our HR team. The Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end hiring across various roles within the group, ensuring we attract, assess, and hire top talent while providing a smooth candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Identify, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for various roles across salons, spas, hospitality, and corporate functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align hiring strategies.
  • Draft and post engaging job advertisements across job portals, social media, and recruitment platforms.
  • Conduct interviews in Arabic and English, ensuring strong communication and cultural fit assessment.
  • Maintain recruitment databases, track hiring metrics, and prepare reports.
  • Represent Omorfia Group as an employer of choice, promoting our brand and values.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, ideally within the Beauty/Salon/Spa/Hospitality/Retail industry.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple requisitions and deliver within deadlines.
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools, job portals, and MS Office.
