The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the UAE market, proficiency in ATS and recruitment platforms, and strong communication skills in both Arabic and English. Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment in the UAE market.
  • Very good knowledge of recruitment platforms like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process with hiring managers.
  • Post job vacancies on various platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
  • Schedule and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare interview materials and update feedback records.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure data accuracy.

We are currently seeking an exceptional Recruitment Coordinator to join our team, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multi-tasking, and is eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process in collaboration with hiring managers and HR team.
  • Post job vacancies on job boards, career websites, and internal portals.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare interview materials and update interview feedback records.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure data accuracy.
  • Follow up with candidates and hiring managers post-interview for feedback and next steps.
  • Assist in preparing job offers and employment contracts.
  • Coordinate pre-employment checks (background verification, references, etc.).
  • Support onboarding process by preparing orientation materials and communicating with new hires.
  • Maintain recruitment reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and applicable labor laws.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferable.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment in UAE market.
