As a Recruitment Coordinator with our Cabin Crew Events team, you will partner with stakeholders to enable the acquisition of top talent across the group.

In this role, you will:

  • Support peers and team members across Talent Acquisition to achieve delivery targets
  • Perform tasks including but not limited to following areas: hotel booking, travel expenses, duty travel requests, candidate sourcing and shortlisting applicants, invitations.
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities to improve experience and generate results.
  • Communicate openly and in a timely manner throughout the candidate journey while ensuring the candidates' needs are met.
  • Provide prospects and candidates with accurate and relevant information with regards to the business/roles.
  • Implement effective talent acquisition strategies and processes to ensure results are achieved.
  • Leverage sourcing channels to enable the engagement and acquisition of top talent.
  • Use available data to identify opportunities for improvement in stakeholder and candidate experience.
  • Contribute to Talent Acquisition project work and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance and confidentiality across the process
Qualification

To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:

  • 12 years of schooling or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years in Recruitment & Selection or Hotel & Hospitality

  • Knowledge of creating and managing candidate talent pools across multiple geographies
  • Ability to prepare reports
