Recruitment Coordinator - Dubai - 12 Month Contract - Onsite -- Urgent

We want to onboard a talented and dynamic Recruitment Coordinator who will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring project in Dubai.

This position is to work onsite with one of our key clients in Dubai, initially on a 12-month contract but this can be extended beyond 12 months or be made permanent.

Responsibilities & Skills

• Support the Talent team in sourcing and qualifying candidates from across the globe, advising on the UAE market and relocation if needed.
• Assist the talent function and talent leaders with recruitment administration.
• Provide support for candidate onboarding.
• Assist with reporting on Excel and creating dashboards.
• Experience in recruitment campaigns.
• Strong proficiency in using Boolean search techniques.
• Excellent communication skills in English are required.
• 2 years of experience in recruitment, understanding end-to-end recruitment processes, and experience in the GCC market is expected.
