The Role:

• Receive comprehensive training and support
• Ideally, have proven recruitment or commercial experience
• Specialize in a specific domain, handling recruitment and business development within that area
• Drive client relationships, activity, and fee generation through permanent and contract placements
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, develop new business, and maintain existing client relationships
• Identify and approach potential clients for new engagements
• Build and nurture relationships for repeat business
• Maintain regular communication and client visits to ensure satisfaction
• Conduct meetings to define project scope, budget, and timelines
• Develop proposals and reports as needed
• Negotiate project terms with clients
• Support the development of functional and technical specifications
• Keep the CRM (Loxo) updated with candidate information (training provided)
