Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager – Emiratization Focus (Arabic Speaker Required)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager to lead Emiratization-focused recruitment efforts for our clients in the Telecommunications, Cloud, and Network Technologies sectors. This is a client-facing, impact-driven role that plays a key part in supporting the UAE Government’s vision to increase Emirati workforce participation.

Arabic language proficiency is mandatory, as you will be engaging with both Emirati candidates and UAE-based stakeholders across public and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment projects focused on hiring UAE Nationals (Emiratis) across mid-to-senior level roles in Cloud, Telecoms, and related tech sectors
  • Partner with HR and talent acquisition teams to build tailored Emiratization hiring strategies
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of Arabic-speaking Emirati candidates
  • Engage and network with Emirati talent communities, universities, and government-backed programs (e.g. NAFIS, Tawteen)
  • Advise clients on Emiratization compliance, incentives, and best practices
  • Manage full recruitment cycle – from client engagement to candidate placement – with a 360-recruitment approach
  • Contribute to the growth of FPG’s Emiratization desk with the potential to lead a dedicated vertical

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in 360 recruitment or account management
  • Proven experience in Emiratization hiring or working with UAE Nationals
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken) – Mandatory
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws and Emiratization initiatives
  • Background in tech, digital, telecoms, or cloud-related recruitment is preferred
  • Passionate about national development and career-building for Emiratis
