You will play a key role in both candidate sourcing and business development, helping us grow our client base while delivering top-tier recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles across multiple industries.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle with the support of senior consultants.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
• Support client meetings, proposals, and recruitment strategy planning.
• Keep CRM systems updated with client and candidate activity.
• Stay up to date on market trends and talent movement within the industry.
