We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing top talent, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth within the recruitment sector. Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business objectives.
  2. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles across different industries.
  3. Manage end-to-end recruitment process including interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding support.
  4. Collaborate with business development teams to identify new opportunities and expand the client base.
  5. Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions using the company CRM system.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or business development roles.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  4. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  5. Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
  7. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  8. Knowledge of the UAE labor market and regulations is a plus.
