Senior Recruitment Consultant – Tech

Navado Talent are seeking a Senior Tech Recruitment Consultant to join a thriving and modern recruitment agency, based in Central Dubai.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant looking to take a step up. Joining as a Senior / Principal Consultant, you will join a team of experienced Recruiters, who have an extremely successful track record, working with over 200 clients on a repeat basis.

This position is a dual desk offering and comes with the opportunity to progress into a Team Lead role, once you’ve embedded into the team and are ready for management.

They are a modern and forward-thinking recruitment agency who have been established for over 9 years, servicing the Tech and Digital sectors across MENA, covering both the permanent and contract market.

The role:

• Sales and business development – 360 Recruitment
• Working dual desk – Perm and Contract
• Demonstrating best practice resourcing and application of sourcing and screening techniques, at volume
• Being highly proactive by utilising available resources
• Interview and selection of candidates
• Ability to liaise with clients and candidates at senior level
• Management of the whole recruitment process, including relaying feedback
• Negotiate recruitment fees and remuneration packages for candidates

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT recruitment
• Track record of successful 360 billings
• Ability to work consultatively and build strong relationships
• Strong organisational and time management skills

Salary & Benefits:

• 15,000aed - 20,000 aed basic salary
• Working hours: 9am – 5.30pm
• Work from home 2 days a week
• Work remotely for 3 months a year, every year
