Key responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of haus & haus roles from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Screen CVs, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and support first and second interviews with hiring managers; provide structure and candidate insights.
- Carry out reference checks and conduct basic online research to verify candidate suitability.
- Draft offer letters (as needed) and support the onboarding process in collaboration with our in-haus HR, Admin, and Training teams.
- Maintain regular check-ins with new joiners before and after their start date to ensure a smooth transition.
- Create and manage job ads, ensuring alignment with our employer brand and values.
- Keep JobAdder and internal spreadsheets updated and organised with accurate candidate and vacancy data.
- Track recruitment KPIs and report on effectiveness of sourcing methods, pipeline progress, and hiring timelines.
- Maintain strict confidentiality around sensitive candidate and company information.
- Promote haus & haus values and contribute to a positive, inclusive, and energetic in-haus culture.
Skills & experience:
- At least 2 years recruitment experience, preferably in real estate or a similar fast-paced industry.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Confident managing multiple stakeholders and hiring priorities.
- Familiarity with the UAE employment market and hiring best practices.
- Bonus points for a Bachelor’s degree or Arabic language skills.
