Role: 360 Recruitment Consultant – (Sales & Business Development)

We are seeking dynamic recruitment professionals to join our growing team in Dubai. The role combines both Talent Acquisition (Recruiter focus) and Business Development (Sales focus), offering full ownership of the recruitment cycle.

Recruitment Delivery (Talent Acquisition Focus)

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, headhunting, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, coordinating offers, and onboarding.
  • Headhunting & Market Mapping: Engage high-caliber, passive candidates through advanced headhunting techniques.
  • Build and nurture a strong candidate pipeline via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
  • Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Conduct market research on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity.
  • Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems while ensuring compliance with policies and labor laws.

Business Development (Sales & Client-Facing Focus)

  • Drive business development & sales, securing new clients across industries.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships with senior stakeholders and HR leaders.
  • Deliver consultative sales, pitching recruitment solutions, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify business opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal recruiters to ensure best-in-class delivery for clients.

What We’re Looking For

  • A University degree
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Proven work experience in recruitment.
  • 2 -10 years of diverse industry recruitment experience in a 360-agency role.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic is a plus
  • Experienced in sales and business development.
