Identify and place world-class talent that drives innovation and helps our clients scale at speed. You'll have the autonomy to own and grow your market, working closely with both clients and candidates. Expect real impact, real value—and serious commission.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve personal monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota targets.
• Meet and exceed performance targets set and agreed upon with your manager.
• Canvass daily for suitable candidates within your sector to place contractors or permanent employees in available positions.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective candidates.
• Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) with existing clients are consistently met or exceeded.
• Source, meet, and qualify candidates as directed by your manager.
• Consistently update and manage information within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with your manager and team to deliver against targets and maximise placement bonuses.

Requirements

• Proven experience sourcing candidates and contributing to successful client campaigns.
• Sound knowledge of the recruitment industry and emerging trends, with the agility to adapt to new markets.
• Strong research and sales capabilities.
• Excellent understanding of market dynamics, business opportunities, competitors, and industry challenges.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present persuasive business cases to candidates.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build consensus and drive engagement.
