Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing strategic recruitment solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify talent trends, competitive landscape, and business opportunities.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Interview candidates, assess qualifications, and match them with suitable opportunities.
• Provide expert advice to clients and candidates on market conditions, salary benchmarking, and hiring trends.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future opportunities.
• Work towards achieving individual and team recruitment targets.

Key Requirements:

• Ideally 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within executive search or agency environments.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to engage with senior professionals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
