About the Role

We are looking for a driven and passionate Recruitment Consultant with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle — from understanding client needs to sourcing and placing top talent. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and wants to take their recruitment career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a range of roles
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Write and post engaging job advertisements across platforms
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using various tools (LinkedIn, databases, job boards)
  • Coordinate interviews and provide detailed feedback to both clients and candidates
  • Negotiate offers and close placements
  • Keep the CRM/recruitment system updated at all times
  • Work toward weekly/monthly KPIs and targets
  • Stay updated with market trends and talent insights

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1–3 years of Non IT recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
  • Proven success placing candidates across various roles/industries
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM tools
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work to deadlines
  • A proactive and resilient approach with a problem-solving mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred, not mandatory)
